Personal History
HISTORY
Since I was in first grade, I have loved taking pictures.
My mother had an old Brownie camera that only shot
black and white photos. I would take it out in the neighborhood, or on field trips, and shoot rolls of film for the pure joy of taking pictures. I began shooting high school sports in 1986 with a Pentax K100, eventually progressing to Nikon camera's for more speed, and bought my first Sony Mirrorless (A6000) in 2015. For stills or sports, Sony is the king in my humble opinion.
PHOTOGRAPHY AS ART
I have been fortunate to travel to many different places,
capturing with my camera the beauty of those places
and the people that occupy them.
